This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relations between the IPaintForYou service (hereinafter referred to as IPaintForYou or the Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other.
Going to the site IPaintForYou.com, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These Terms of Use entered into force on July 9, 2021.
You accept IPaintForYou.com "as is" and use it at your own risk. Regardless of the restrictions listed below, the Site may contain inaccurate, inappropriate or potentially offensive materials, and we are not responsible for such materials.

The User undertakes to take all possible measures to release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from liability and protect against any claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys fees, from any third party in connection with your violation of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of third parties.
Using IPaintForYou.com, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information.
These terms and other policies published on IPaintForYou.com, constitute the entire agreement between IPaintForYou.com and you, replacing any conflicting parts of any previous agreements. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, since they apply to agreements concluded and subject to execution exclusively within the Russian Federation between residents of the Russian Federation, without taking into account the provisions of conflict of laws. You agree that any claims or disputes that you may have against IPaintForYou must be resolved in a court located in Moscow. If we do not apply any particular provision, we do not waive our right to do so later. If the court rejects any of these conditions, the remaining conditions will remain in force. We may automatically assign this agreement at our sole discretion in accordance with the notice provision below. With the exception of reports of violations of the site's rules and violations of intellectual property, any legal notices from you must be sent to our legal address in writing. We will send you notifications to the email address you specified or by registered mail to the address you specified. Notifications sent by registered mail will be considered received five days after the date of dispatch. We may update these terms at any time, and the updates will take effect 30 days after their initial publication on the Site. No other amendments to these terms will be effective unless they are made in writing, signed by the users and us.
